Non-negotiable
Responsible gaming
Gambling involves financial risk and may be addictive. That sentence appears at the bottom of every page
on this site, and it is worth expanding on here rather than leaving as boilerplate.
The single most reliable warning sign is not how much you have lost — it is chasing.
Increasing your stake to recover a loss converts a bad session into a serious one, because the maths does
not care what happened on the previous round. If you find yourself depositing a second time in one
evening to get back to even, close the app.
Practical guardrails
- Set a deposit limit before you play, not after. The IN7 app supports deposit limits in the account settings. Configure one on day one, while the decision is unemotional.
- Decide your walk-away number in advance. Both directions — the loss you will stop at, and the win you will bank rather than roll forward.
- Never gamble with money allocated to something else. Rent, fees, EMIs and family obligations are not a bankroll.
- Do not play while drinking, upset or exhausted. Every one of those states reliably degrades the discipline required to stop on schedule.
- Keep it social, not secret. Concealing how much you play from the people around you is a stronger warning sign than any single loss.
If it has stopped being fun
Use the self-exclusion and cool-off tools in the app account settings — they are there specifically for
this, and using them is not a failure. If gambling is affecting your finances, work or relationships,
stop playing and speak to someone you trust or a qualified professional counsellor.
We would genuinely rather lose a referral than have a reader in that position. If you want the account
closure process explained, our contact page points you at the right channel —
though the closure itself has to be requested from the operator directly.
